You don’t need backing tracks anymore!
Being a professional bass player, I started playing guitar as a 14 years old and bass at 24. I stopped my professional career on base at the age of 40. All my professional life I was having my engineering career and parallel with my music.
Then I decided to prioritize my engineering career to my music career. Since then I had noy have so much possibility to book concerts and tours with my professional music buddies. And back then I felt a constant urge to play anyway. So I decided to develop my own playing style that will back up for my improvisational skills. And the guitar became my main instrument. So I saw a whole new playing style emerge where I am accompanying myself.
Now I’m free playing impro WITH my own backing band! How cool is that?!
